I work full-time in an office at the biggest employer in the area. When I’m not working you can find me training, playing with, or simply snuggling one or both of my dogs, studying (currently, I’m undertaking the Animal Care College’s “Introduction to Canine Psychology”), working with dogs at a local shelter, observing classes at a local training centre, or sometimes doing something completely unrelated to dogs(!), such as photography or other “average every day people things”.
Inka has been living with my partner and I since the end of July 2011. He’s a Border Collie/New Zealand Huntaway cross; and while he failed as a sheepdog, he’s a wonderful companion, and enjoys long walks with toys, and a good snuggle.
Starr joined the family in December 2012 as a foster dog, it didn’t take long at all for me to join the ‘failed fosterer’s club’. She’s a Samoyed/GSD/Collie/something mutt, but she’s gorgeous.
